Mill Street Incubator Kitchen
The Mill Street Incubator Kitchen is a nonprofit food business incubator operated by Mill Street Opportunity Alliance and located at the Mill Street Market campus. The program provides shared commercial kitchen access, business education, and market opportunities to help local food entrepreneurs launch and grow sustainable food businesses.
The Mill Street Incubator Kitchen is a shared commercial kitchen and food entrepreneurship program designed to support local chefs, farmers, and food entrepreneurs as they launch and grow food businesses.
Starting a food business often requires access to licensed kitchen space, specialized equipment, and business knowledge that can be difficult and costly to obtain independently. The Kitchen Incubator reduces these barriers by providing affordable kitchen access, business education, and mentorship within a collaborative environment.
Through this program, the Mill Street Opportunity Alliance works to strengthen the regional food economy by helping entrepreneurs transform ideas into viable businesses while expanding the availability of locally produced foods.
